What is the Stat Computing Portal?
The Stat Computing Portal contains links to web sites on statistical computing. The Stat Computing Portal is broken up into smaller portals focused on these statistical packages -- SAS, Stata, SPSS, SUDAAN, WesVar, HLM, MLwiN, S-Plus/R, Limdep, and Mplus. For example, the SAS Portal page lists sites related to SAS and you can browse these individual sties/pages.
How do I submit my site for addition to the portal?
You can send email to the ATS Statistical Consulting group at
with the URL for your
page/site. Sites that offer unique and up to date information relevant to
particular statistical packages are most likely to be added to the portal.
I could not find my answer using your search engine, can I email you my question?
The primary mission of the ATS Statistical Consulting Group is to support UCLA researchers in statistical computing using statistical packages like SAS, Stata and SPSS. We provide this support through our web pages, our walk in consulting services, classes and seminars, and email consulting. If people outside of the UCLA community email us with questions, we try to provide an answer when we can answer quickly, but if the question is difficult or outside of our expertise, then we would refer you to these other resources for help.
